 I was born in the Midwest, raised in the South, and found home in beautiful Southern California. I'm a mother to two amazing little girls who inspire everything I do!

I spent my early years in the foster care system, which shaped how I see people, how I move through the world, and why writing became my safe space. I’ve been creating stories, journaling, and writing poetry for as long as I can remember. Reading and writing taught me how to express myself, process life, and feel understood—even as a little girl.

I'm a writer and brand strategist with over a decade of experience working behind the scenes for public figures, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and purpose-led brands. I’ve helped shape stories, build voices, and create content that makes people think outside the box.

My professional studies were in Criminology and Human Behavior, which deepened my obsession with how people think, feel, and evolve.

Over the years, I’ve written across a wide range of industries and identities, which is where Her Niche Life was born. It’s a space for layered stories, evolving paths, and celebrating a life that fits who you are—not who you’re told to be.

I’m certified in yoga, personal training, and as a Master NLP Practitioner, because I believe the mind, body, and message all matter.

I love music, good food, and I’m a little obsessed with the ocean and turtles.

Nothing in my life has been traditional, but that’s what makes it so beautiful:)
